　　量身定制/Applicable Designing：針對每一客戶，有針對性地設計培訓課程。特別強調培訓前專業需求調查，培訓中體驗式授課及培訓后完善的跟蹤服務。開發和推行系統培訓課程，充分滿足企業需求，有效達成培訓目標。/ Training program will be designed based on each client’s actual requirement, especially emphasis lays on the pre-training survey, in-training feeling, post-training follow-up services. SMC also promote to develop and execute series of training courses to meet fully enterprises requirements and training goals.

　　專業咨詢/ Professional Consulting：促進企業或個人加快發展步伐/ Promote to speed up enterprise and individual development

　　慧業與客戶方相關人員組成專項團隊或采取其它合作方式，在深入客戶內部診斷的基礎上，策劃解決問題的方案，通過咨詢方案的實施與培訓促進企業或個人加快發展步伐。

　　SSC will design and propose solutions to the issues found based on clients’ internal diagnosis with the cooperation with clients ‘ relevant people so as to promote to speed up enterprise and individual development through execution of the approved solutions and training.

　　專業交流/Professional Communication：建立智慧的網絡/ Establish Smartway Network

　　慧業在客戶、顧問及專家之間建立一道思想交流的橋梁，進而幫助客戶締造出一張對其未來發揮重要影響的智慧網絡。SSC will set up a bridge for communication between SMC experts, consultants with clients in order to help clients to create a network with Smartway for prompt inquiry for the future development.
